First of all, I study a teacher should be a facilitator in the classroom. He or she should drudge the students in their activities, but not excessively closely so that they result be fitted to learn and make mistakes on their own. I accept students learn so much better this authority because the information is not cut into their heads and they are able to think and process the information on their own. Therefore, the learning is not rote, but processed within the students own mind.

The teacher should simply be the guide on the side, kind of alike a coach. Teachers should develop a personal and condole with family with each student individually. Each individual student learns and processes differently, and at different paces. The teacher should also be a caring and nurturing person.
